Movie of the week: In the Valley of Elah

A beautiful and moving performance, it’s the story of a father, his son gone to war, and all the lives where they interconnect. War is one of those things people get real passionate about, either in favor of or against. This movie, I feel doesn’t try to preach or take sides. It tells the story, subtly, and as unbiased as it can.
